Nighthawk M1 speed drop solved by power cycling - any other options?
My Nighthawk M1 hotspot can reach acceptable average speeds of 15 MBPS to 30 Mbps for my 1-2 bars of reception. The issue I'm having is that often this speed will drop to 2-3 Mbps after less than an hour of use. I can pretty reliably get back to the 15-30 Mbps speed by simply power-cycling the hotspot, but this is a pain to do every hour or so. I'm wondering if anyone knows why my speeds drop and if there's a fix other than power-cycling?

It's switching bands on you. There is a way to telnet into the device and set it up to lock onto specific bands you program. I've had to do this too.
