Did you try the others? It will error out if it is using that one.

Run all the commands even if they error.

Reboot the modem via the

Code: Select all

AT+CFUN=1,1
command.

Then after it comes back run

Code: Select all

AT+CGDCONT?
again

Show us. Also show us the Modem--> Network Status screens after it has been on for a minute, even if it isn't connected, please.

Also, you may need to change to MBIM mode. It is the protocol the modem uses to communicate with the router. Sometimes it matters.

To make the change from QMI to MBIM run this command:

Code: Select all

AT+QCFG="usbnet",2
then

Code: Select all

AT+CFUN=1,1
Then when it comes back, run

Code: Select all

AT+CGDCONT?
and see which APN profiles it has.

Okay, did every command as requested and all came back with error. Even "usbnet"2. May be a different issue entirely.

Had some trouble putting pictures so uploaded it to my Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oJyAiz ... p=drivesdk

Your SIM card isn't being read. That is the number one issue I see in that picture.

On pictures in posts:
To add pictures, you need to have the file on your computer, then click the "Attachments" tab under the post text window. I'll add a picture of it on here:

Click "Place inline" button to add it where the cursor is in your post text. If it goes in the wrong spot you can just copy and paste the text it adds when you click that button.
