Re: WE 826-GO / Sierra EM7565 CAT-12 and Visible

They do look better and are showing the secondary carriers for CA which appear to get a lot better signals than the Band 66 the modem is camped out on.

What band is your phone using?

You may also want to create a set of custom bands that does not include Band 66 and try them.

Re: Sierra Wireless EM7511 Aggregation Issue

Signal strength looks fine, but "IMS reg state: No Srv" does not. Have your rebooted your router once or twice after the upgrade? Have you done the initial setup (MBIM/QMI mode, APN), including the selection of the "generic" firmware? The"IMS Svr: No Srv" is normal for a router since it does not us...

Re: WE 826-GO / Sierra EM7565 CAT-12 and Visible

Your signals are not all that good, but I have seen a lot worse. One think pops out, and that is your lack of the secondary carriers that would be used for Carrier Aggregation. LTE SSC1 state:NOT ASSIGNED LTE SSC2 state:NOT ASSIGNED LTE SSC3 state:NOT ASSIGNED LTE SSC4 state:NOT ASSIGNED The second ...

is this a known issue? or is it worth it to get a brand named router with open vpn built in and use it for the home.
Someone on the ROOter forum could better answer these questions.

Re: Golden Orb Public Static IP Issues - MWAN3

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to assign WAN (eth0.2) a static IP address?

Since it shows MBIM assigned to that interface, I assume it is the LTE interface? If so, do you have a static IP address on your cellular plan.

Re: Modem NOT identified

As Jim mentioned in his previous post, the network cannot see the router. The router cannot look like a phone IMEI since it is the modem that has the IMEI and not the router. It is the modem that transmits its IMEI to Verizon. The WE826GO is a WE826-T2 with GoldenOrb firmware loaded on it. Now if y...

Re: Modem NOT identified

The dilemma is that the E826GO has been flagged by VZ so the next strategy is to hack and hide. The E826GO will show the same IEE as the phone. Either this will work or the component within the E826GO will have to be replaced as that is now assumed to be on a VZ blacklist. The router does not conne...

Re: Modem NOT identified

The only other experience I had with no phone tech support was just the week before. That was a real scam that I exposed and recovered from. The lesson from that information is that there will be hard days and hard attitude seeking relief via getting into these products (personal conditions) of whi...

Re: Incorrect configuration on new modem

When I perform a at!gstatus? command, it says I"m connected to Channel 13, and has a verizon configuration on it. I've tried to flash it back to basic generic firmware, but it continues to display the incorrect information. Any thoughts or suggestions to remediate this bizarre situation? Regards Yo...
