I got two of these used if someone wanted to buy one.
You should list them on the market place https://ltehacks.com/viewforum.php?f=38 and even on the Facebook Group

Re: POE for Mofi?

Yeah I’m hoping they’re in stock again soon. In the meantime, I want to try out the flat panel type - while definitely better than the two small yagi’s I had, the parabolic grid and/or log periodic directionals are not quite as strong/consistent as I need - and see if that works better in my situat...

Re: MC7455 and Visible by Verizon, Grammie help!

Ok, I am all good on the two EM7455's. I sat down and ran through both modems using my ole standby method which Jim wrote up some time back in a Google doc. Thanks to all who gave me tips.

Re: MC7455 and Visible by Verizon, Grammie help!

If you muster up some courage, you many want to try these methods to convert to generic Sierra model. https://github.com/danielewood/sierra-wireless-modems#change-modem-identity-sierra-wireless--lenovo--dell OR https://zukota.com/sierra-wireless-em7455-how-to-make-it-work-with-an-older-lenovo-lapto...

Re: MC7455 and Visible by Verizon, Grammie help!

Terry, I believe the Dell branded EM7455s just need to be reassigned to the current firmware version. For some reason it goes into low power and mismatched firmware. It sometimes borks it Ive heard, but usually putting it in a sled and sending a few commands like IMPREF= ..... then AT+CFUN=1,1 will...

Re: Looking for mount recommendations

@Viper67857 is giving you great advice. That is what we do when providing professional installations.

The mount we use is this one https://amzn.to/3i8spkC

Has everything needed to install (except the manual labor and tools).

Re: AT&T ZTE MF279 firmware update

Thanks, I had seen that post and have to agree with the poster. Just seems dumb that there is no USB, or Ethernet method to update the firmware, ONLY through the GUI? Poor Design. So if you have one in the closet, what are you using now? Very poor design but like a fox. In other words they can sell...

Re: EM7455 antenna port connection problem

Pretty small connectors. They must be tight and no, I would not recommend gluing them. Soldering might well damaging beyond repair (heck, glue might do the same). Totally bad idea. But I have been frustrated too :) My eyes suck. I have to use a high powered lighted desk magnifier (exact model https:...
