The reason the cables does not fit, is because you are shopping in the wrong place.

You will require MHF4 connectors for the EM7565.

Use the FIRMWARE recovery method and upload the lastest WiFiX firmware which works with all versions of the EM20-G Firmware.

A suspend can occur if the carrier is rejecting the SIM Card to be registered on the network. It appears from your image that the SIM Card is not seated properly in the SIM Card adapter. It looks to be raised on one side, which will not allow the pins in the SIM Card slot to properly seat against the metal contacts on the SIM Card.
