Re: WE-826 T2...Sim card does not stay in the slot

One needs to take care when inserting a sim card into this router. It only takes once to insert the sim card in the wrong direction to destroy the clicking spring that locks the sim card into place. I know this from personal experience. You are correct. I too have done this--being in a hurry and no...

Re: MOFI-4500 replacement question

You can use the RJ45 Waterproof IP67 Bulkhead Connector With Ethernet And 2.1MM Jumper Cable to plug into the router, and then power it with a 12V PoE adapter injector. Note, that the PoE splitter above is 100M. If you wanted to run with a 1000M (Gigabit) setup, you can use the 48V To 12V 3A POE+ Gi...

Re: Sprint x.ispsn sim

A thought just crossed my mind. Have you set a password in GoldenOrb. It is possible the lack of a password will prevent you from accessing the router files or SSH.

Re: Slo Speed EM7565 MikroTik RBM11G

From the stats you posted above, you are receiving 3 x CA. The LTE Band of 66 is the primary carrier band, while Band 29 and Band 11 are being used for the secondary carrier bands. Also, your RSRQ of -14.9 is below the usable threshold. See the cheat sheet below: Amtenna Stats Explained.png You may ...

Re: Cradlepoint CBA850LP6 and amplifi mesh network help

another screen shot of tower east of me. Another stupid question. When i get the correct antenna figured out does the signal run from antenna to modem via coax cable? I am assuming it does. Even though we do not have cable at the house it is already wired for it. Should make connecting antenna easi...

Re: WE826-T2 with MC7455 Carrier Aggregation

For one, your signals and strength are affecting your performance. The RxM (which is the MAIN port on the modem) of -117 is borderline usable while the RxD RSRP (which is the AUX [diversity] port on the modem) of -125 dBm is not usable. Likewise, the RSQP of -18.4 is far under the acceptable thresho...

Re: Sprint x.ispsn sim

The only other thing I might try is to reflash the GoldenOrb (using an ethernet cable) and make sure the Save Settings box is Unchecked.

Not sure if this will help, but it certainly won't hurt.

Re: WE826 and MC7455 won't connect to eachother

Yeah, we are all guilty of spending more to save less.

If you only have a single COM Port, I would suggest trying to unzip a firmware per the logic in THIS tutorial and flash it.

This may restore all three COM ports to include the Modem WAN port which is required to enter AT Commands.
